Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM WIB and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM WIB (GMT+7).
- Orders placed outside these operating hours will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping
- Orders are shipped through Laus Boutique’s authorized courier partners.
- Estimated delivery times are subject to the terms and policies of the respective courier service.
- Customers will receive a tracking number after the order has been handed over to the courier.
3. Shipping Responsibility
- The risk of loss or damage during shipment is the responsibility of the respective courier service.
- Laus Boutique will assist with order tracking but is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by third parties or courier services.
4. International Shipping
- Customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
- Laus Boutique will provide invoices and other supporting documents required for customs clearance. Please contact our customer service team through WhatsApp for a faster response or by email for further assistance.
Care Instructions
- Avoid washing the product in a washing machine or using a high-temperature dryer.
- Use a special batik detergent or lerak soap for the best washing results.
- Wash separately from other clothing to help preserve the fabric’s colors and patterns.
- Avoid drying the product under direct sunlight. Dry it in a shaded area with good air circulation.
Important Notes
- Please note that all measurements may have a tolerance of approximately 1–2 cm.
- Our products are made using handmade or traditional materials and processes. Therefore, the colors and patterns of each product may not be 100% identical and may have slight variations. Thank you for supporting and appreciating Indonesian handmade products.
Refund policy
1. Return Request Period
Return or refund requests may only be submitted within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date the product is received, based on the official delivery record provided by the courier.
2. Manufacturing Defects
Laus Boutique will cover all return shipping costs if the product is proven to have a manufacturing defect, provided that the customer submits a complete unboxing video as valid evidence.
3. Exchange and Return Costs
For size exchanges or product returns, all shipping costs and taxes applicable to international shipments shall be fully borne by the customer.
4. Product Condition Requirements
Products eligible for return or exchange must meet the following requirements:
- The product has not been worn or used, has not been washed, and has no odor.
- The original tags and packaging remain intact.
- The product has no stains, tears, or damage caused by use.

6. Right to Refuse
Laus Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the requirements stated above.
