Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM WIB and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM WIB (GMT+7).
• Orders placed outside these operating hours will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping

• Orders are shipped through Laus Boutique’s authorized courier partners.
• Estimated delivery times are subject to the terms and policies of the respective courier service.
• Customers will receive a tracking number after the order has been handed over to the courier.

3. Shipping Responsibility

• The risk of loss or damage during shipment is the responsibility of the respective courier service.
• Laus Boutique will assist with order tracking but is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by third parties or courier services.

4. International Shipping

• Customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
• Laus Boutique will provide invoices and other supporting documents required for customs clearance. Please contact our customer service team through WhatsApp for a faster response or by email for further assistance.

Care Instructions

• Avoid washing the product in a washing machine or using a high-temperature dryer.
• Use a special batik detergent or lerak soap for the best washing results.
• Wash separately from other clothing to help preserve the fabric’s colors and patterns.
• Avoid drying the product under direct sunlight. Dry it in a shaded area with good air circulation.

• Please note that all measurements may have a tolerance of approximately 1–2 cm.
• Our products are made using handmade or traditional materials and processes. Therefore, the colors and patterns of each product may not be 100% identical and may have slight variations. Thank you for supporting and appreciating Indonesian handmade products.
